We're looking for servers who bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to every shift. **This position does NOT come with employee housing.** WAGE: The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Arapahoe Basin's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, and responsibilities. The range listed is just one component of Arapahoe Basin's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits. Hourly pay range: $15.16/hour + Tips ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Welcome guests with warmth and confidence, creating a memorable dining experienceTake food and drink orders, serve with efficiency and enthusiasm, and ensure every guest leaves happyRecommend daily specials and menu favorites to enhance the guest experienceOffer upsell opportunities with a friendly, informed approach-think craft cocktails, desserts, and local brewsWork closely with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth and timelySupport private and public events, from après ski parties to special dinners and mountain celebrationsMaintain a clean, organized section and assist with bussing, table resets, and side workFollow all departmental sustainability guidelinesJump in wherever needed-because teamwork is everything at A-Basin REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous serving experience (6+ months preferred) Great communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay cool under pressure and keep the good vibes flowing A team-first attitude and a love for mountain culture Must provide own, approved, non-slip footwear.Available to work weekends and holidays. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Use full range of body motion: bend, twist, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.Stand, walk, and navigate stairs throughout your shift.Withstand high altitude conditions at all times.
