You are the first point of contact for all guests and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Associate is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Employment Type: Year Round (11-month) Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Work face-to-face with customers Check-in guests and condo owners, processing necessary paperwork and credit cards Check-out guests and condo owners ensuring posting and collection of payments Answer Call Center and Front Desk Phones in a timely and professional manner Provide guests with information on Keystone Resort and the surrounding area Handle all customer needs Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Help Condo Owners with their Reservations Expected to be cross-trained with Lodging Operations Collaborates and works with other Departments including but not limited to: Lodging Operations, Owner Relations, HOA Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance, IT, and Sales Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Somewhat strong computer skills High School education or equivalent - Required Basic reading, spelling, and math skills – Required Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people in English – Required Ability to work with guests using good social manners, diplomacy, and tact – Required The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr.
