KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Valid drivers licenseMinimum 2 years snow grooming experienceKnowledge of terrain park terminology and practicesAbility to ski/ride terrain park features preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position is required to work evenings and/or overnight, weekends and holidays while in operation.Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 60 pounds on an occasional basis, and a minimum of 20 pounds on a frequent basis.Ability to work for extended periods of time while seated.Manual dexterity to operate hand tools such as rakes, shovels, and basic carpentry tools.Ability to work outside in ANY AND ALL weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, snow, sleet, high winds, and cold temperatures.Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
