We provide our chefs with a generous budget and allow you menu autonomy, expecting in return well-balanced, flavoursome and beautifully presented dishes, catering to specific needs and requirements. Kaluma is an owner run, luxury chalet company operating in St. Anton, Austria, and Courchevel 1850, France. Two of the best ski resorts in the world. Our chalets are premier properties and our guests are discerning, well-travelled and often high-profile individuals. Kaluma guests have high expectations, which we always aim to exceed by providing a professional service with our own personal twist. We serve flavoursome and beautifully presented cuisine, tailored to our guests requests and requirements, all served with a smile. Requirements: Over 25 with solid experience in luxury fine dining (restaurants, super yachts, private dining ect).
