About the Role: Liaising with guests, owners, and contractors Providing excellent customer service to our guests Management of property upkeep, maintenance, and repairs Establishing and maintaining business relationships Identify and implement process improvements Create new listings, property guest guides, and property signage as required Respond to reviews and feedback and maintain high response rates Successful Applicants Will Have: 2+ years property management preferred but not essential To be solutions-focussed with a positive can-do attitude Driver’s license Highly organised and proficient in documenting, filing, and record-keeping Good attention to detail and an eye for property marketing and styling (to ensure first impressions are favourable) a love for ski chalets helps..! A friendly and personable approach to relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills Strategic thinking capabilities The position does include weekends but allows for days off during the weekend.
