Still looking for a winter work experience? Vista Ridge is hiring inside operations staff (rental shop technicians, food & beverage, guest services agent) We are a small community ski area located on a river valley that services Fort McMurray and the surrounding region (located in northern Alberta). As a smaller operation, staff has the opportunity to work in various departments, not just one position for the entire season. Beginner/intermediate skiers also have the opportunity to help ski instruct for our school programs and to leave with a CSIA level 1 certification. On-hill staff accommodation with your own room available for less than $15/day with internet, tv, electricity and water included. Communal fire-pit, hot tub and BBQ for staff use. With a growing summer operation (aerial park, mini putt, frisbee golf, skatepark, 12-hole golf course and aqua range), there is opportunity for summer positions as well.
