As a highly certified Professional Instructor you will deliver high quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun learning environment. Job Responsibilities: Supervise a group of children, adults or families for the day on Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain, in a variety of activities including instructional skiing, skier safety, lunch, special events and to accept all duties as assigned by the Program Supervisor. Lead guests into a variety of advanced terrain Develop advance skiers and riders to reach their next level goals Work with advanced season long programs, and athlete development Lead sessions, and Instructor development programs Follow the guidelines and safety rules as outline in our Safety Manual Be responsible for your safety and the safety of the guests Act as the prudent parent in the absence of the child’s parent Attend all mandatory training sessions Be familiar with all Snow School programs, prices and lesson times We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist in other departments as needed Job Requirements: Minimum Level 3 CSIA, PSIC, CASI, CADS or foreign equivalent is essential Certified Course Conductor is an asset Fluent in multiple languages is an asset Experience working with Children and Families is essential.
