Regrettably, I was not reimbursed for this and felt as though I was left at a loss.”

“My visit to Impianti Risalita Torgnon Cervino was rather disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the ski pass cashiers. As a beginner, I didn't want to use all the slopes, and I clearly expressed my requirements based on my previous positive experience here. Despite this, I was erroneously issued a ski pass for a different chairlift, which led to confusion and frustration. Upon seeking clarification from the management, I was informed of an additional fee to rectify the situation. After much consideration, I opted to end my day, only to discover my day tickets had been prematurely cancelled at 1PM, leaving me unable to utilize the services I had paid for. A conversation with the manager revealed that there were new, inexperienced staff members at the cashiers, which might have contributed to the mix-up. While I appreciate that everyone deserves to work and learn, I believe that it is crucial for staff interacting with the public to have at least basic training and the capacity to provide accurate information. I felt that my day was spoiled due to this lack of competency.”
