“Over time, I've noticed that the slopes at Star Spur Ryokufu Resort Hida Nagareha have become gentler. This ski resort, being my local slope, holds a special place in my heart. With its now discontinued 'Champion Course' and 'Dolphin Course' that boasted a maximum slope of 40 degrees, standing at the top of the Champion Course felt like facing a wall. The panorama course, previously narrower and not as well-maintained, often became congested with beginners, giving it the feel of a 'Gendarme' course. Hence, I fondly referred to it as 'the world's most slippery ski resort.' Despite these challenges, training at Nagareha Ski Resort prepared me well, allowing me to ski confidently on any slopes worldwide. This ski resort truly is my top pick.”

“I recently had the pleasure of revisiting Star Spur Ryokufu Resort Hida Nagareha after a considerable amount of time. I was delighted to find that they offered parking at no additional charge. However, I did encounter some connectivity issues in certain areas of the resort where my phone couldn't get a signal.”

“I embarked on my yearly snowboarding adventure at Ruha Ski Resort, having previously frequented Dynaland and Shiratori. Despite the lengthy drive from the closest interchange, the snow covered landscapes and icy road provided a picturesque journey. I can confidently say that I didn't experience any issues with my studless tires, even on February 11th. Although I only snowboard annually, I can't comment accurately on the snow's quality but the location truly stood out. The breathtaking views of the mountains were panoramic and awe-inspiring. A surprising aspect was the lift ticket system which was quite traditional, using a paper ticket instead of a modern IC card. This required visual verification each time before using the lift. This was a novelty that even my experienced snowboarding friend couldn't believe. That concludes my experience at the resort.”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Star Spur Ryokufu Resort Hida Nagareha for my inaugural snowboarding trip of the season. The resort offers a delightful experience for all skill levels, ranging from novices to seasoned professionals. The first slope is equipped with a kicker and features untouched snow, adding to the thrilling experience. The primary slope is the 1st one, which is accessible only via the quad lift. However, if you park in the 2nd parking lot, you'll need to take the 3rd pair lift to reach the 1st slope. This necessitates an additional trip on the quad lift, which might be seen as a minor inconvenience for some. Despite this, I found the overall experience to be worthwhile and exciting.”
