“I experienced a significant inconvenience during my visit to Tatranská Lomnica. Due to an error on their part, I had to wait an unexpected 5 hours and 30 minutes. I was disappointed by their handling of the situation, particularly as I only received a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.”

“I've visited Tatranská Lomnica four times, and each time, I've had an outstanding skiing experience. What's great about this place is that nearly all the trails, even the intermediate ones, are quite broad and beginner-friendly. The availability of rentals and a gopass adds to the convenience.”

“I've found Tatranská Lomnica to be a delightful resort but it's essential to plan your visit carefully. During holidays, it tends to get crowded with long queues for the cable cars. Despite the claims of gopass about cheap ski passes with early purchase, I've never managed to secure one at that price. Even on the opening day of the season, the ski pass is not very cheap. However, the services are exceptional. There are well-maintained toilets and ample opportunities to grab a bite at every cable car station. The season started on 14/12/2019 and while the ski pass prices weren't significantly discounted, not all slopes were open. Parking was free, which was much appreciated. However, as of 2021/22, parking is no longer free and can be a bit of a hassle especially if you arrive around 10-11, as the main parking lots are usually full every weekend. On a brighter note, the resort remains a fantastic place for skiing. My visit in April 2024 was a mixed experience. The morning ski in the saddle was great, but the conditions became a bit more challenging in the afternoon. However, if you're in good shape, you should be able to handle it.”

“I had a splendid four-day skiing experience at Tatranská Lomnica. As expected, it was quite busy during the children's holiday, leading to some waiting times at the lifts, but I saw this as an opportunity for a bit of rest. The ski tracks were in excellent condition from morning until around 11 am up to the mid-mountain. I'd recommend going up later in the day as the ridges can become a bit rough from the ski tracks. But, after all, this is part of the mountain experience.”
