It's worth noting, however, that one should come prepared with warm clothing as it can get quite chilly at the peak, even during the summer months.”

“Upon arriving at the ski resort, I was initially dismayed by the lack of snow. However, a late evening snowfall gave me hope for a good skiing experience. Unfortunately, the resort announced that it could only open a limited number of slopes due to the snow conditions. This was somewhat disappointing but understandable. However, my frustration began when I was informed that the entire ski area was open, only to find out later that only a few green slopes were accessible. My son-in-law and I were ready for a day of skiing, but we were left waiting in line for opening that was delayed by an hour. This was particularly frustrating as there was no communication or acknowledgment of our inconvenience. The disappointment was deepened by the lack of empathy from the resort staff, particularly the hostess who sold us the ski passes. When I approached her to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, her demeanor changed drastically. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, she belittled my concerns and even laughed with her colleague about my situation. This was not the customer service experience I expected from a reputable ski resort. As a seasoned skier with extensive experience in various ski resorts, this was by far the most disappointing encounter I've had. The resort's inability to secure the ski area was regrettable but understandable. However, the disrespectful treatment from the staff was inexcusable. It took a heated discussion and much perseverance to finally receive a refund for my unused ski passes. In summary, my experience at this ski resort was far from ideal. The misrepresentation of the ski area's condition, poor customer service, and lack of respect from the staff left a bitter taste in my mouth. I would discourage anyone from visiting this resort based on my unfortunate experience.”
