“My first snowboarding experience at Windham Mountain was simply fantastic. Despite the location being bustling with kids, our instructor, Neil, was exceptional and guided us proficiently. By the end of our weekend, we comfortably tried out the K lift. We were part of an adult group lesson that was small enough for us to receive individual attention. We were so thrilled by the experience that we're already planning to return next year and buy our own snowboards. The hotel was absolutely wonderful, providing great rooms, excellent service, and a stunning location. The view was spectacular and the overall value of the trip was impressive.”

“I have long been a visitor to Windham Mountain and remember it fondly. However, I'm disappointed to see how the focus has shifted towards catering to a more affluent crowd. Despite the high cost of tickets and amenities being comparable to those of a hockey arena, I don't consider it to be a good value. I can't help but compare it to Hunter and Belleayre, which are more reasonably priced. I regretfully won't be returning due to these issues, despite my affection for the place. The location still holds its charm, but the service and rooms left much to be desired. I hope the new owners can turn things around.”

“I'd like to share my experience at Windham Mountain Club. I work in hospitality, so I understand the challenges that come with it, and I always strive to be a respectful and understanding client. I planned a ski trip for my family, including rentals, a private instructor, and snow tubing. However, I made a mistake by booking the wrong date for the private instructor, something I didn't realize until I arrived at the Ski & Ride School building. Oscar, an employee there, tried to resolve the situation by calling the front desk. Unfortunately, the person he spoke to on the phone had an unprofessional and rude demeanor. Nevertheless, Oscar suggested that I go to the front desk to get a gift card for the value of the private lessons. Despite the initial hiccup, my family and I decided to teach ourselves how to snowboard. Afterward, I went to the front desk to get the gift card. The employee there, Nicky, was quite impolite and made sarcastic comments about the situation. I asked about their policy regarding missed or late appointments, and she responded in a condescending manner. I think it's worth noting that as someone who works in the hospitality industry, I'm used to businesses having follow-up procedures for appointments. I wasn't blaming them for my missed lesson; I was simply inquiring about their policy. My experience was further marred by the realization that the Food Hall Kitchen closes two hours before the club does, a detail not mentioned on their website. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Despite having a gift card, I have no intention of returning to the Windham Mountain Club. I believe the staff here could greatly benefit from hospitality training. I will use my gift card at a hotel instead.”

It's less congested compared to other local resorts, contributing to a more enjoyable experience. It's also a fantastic place for families. The atmosphere is relaxing, particularly when lounging by the fire, and it offers plenty of fun activities for children. Overall, the experience at Windham Mountain is nothing short of incredible.”
