Red Sky is a private membership club with a separate resort golf operation. Members and guests each enjoy their own clubhouse and alternate play daily. The Red Sky Welcome Center Gate Attendant is responsible for opening and closing the Welcome Center, welcoming all homeowners, golf club members and guests, and monitoring traffic flow and issuing temporary access passes when appropriate. Job Specifications: Outlet: Red Sky Ranch Expected Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.26 / hour Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time Skill Level: Intermediate Job Responsibilities: Answering questions about the property and handing out real estate information when asked Opening and closing property gates as required or requested by management and homeowners Issuing barcodes to homeowners, access codes to staff, and logging all barcode and access codes issued Replacing defective barcodes Assisting homeowners, members and guests as needed while providing high level customer service Reporting any suspicious activity to the ranch manager Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent - required College degree - preferred Must have English communication skills, guest service skills, and legible handwriting - required Knowledge of resort and surrounding areas - preferred Must have clean driving record and be able to obtain Colorado Driver License by start date - required Must be able to work weekends and holidays - required In person interviews - preferred The expected pay range is $21.00 - $23.26. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
