Epic Mountain Express does not require a CDL in order to operate its vehicles, just a valid driver's license and a clean driving record! As an Epic Mountain Express Shuttle Driver, you become part of guests’ vacation from air to chair, and create an Experience of a Lifetime by focusing on safety and industry-leading guest service. We offer a variety of schedules, amazing views of snowy mountain peaks, and access to Colorado's best outdoor activities. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $17.50/hour base wage plus cash and credit card tips $20.00/hour minimum earnings, plus opportunities to earn much more for great service (drivers average $30+/hour) If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available [Choose your own schedule! Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Skill Level: Entry Job Responsibilities: Follow regularly scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pickups or drop-offs Provide excellent customer service, loading and unloading guests’ luggage Take care of your shuttle with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fueling and cleaning the vehicle at the end of your shift Accurately record and submit all required information Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: No CDL required! Epic Mountain Express/CME’s drivers are some of the best drivers on the road, and they are set up for success by providing 60 hours of on the road and classroom training Have a Motor Vehicle Record (or list of traffic offenses) that meets company safety standards Have a Satisfactory background check Be able to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language Be able to read, understand and comprehend all Company and regulatory agency forms Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination Be able to lift up to 60 lbs Must be 21 or older by the position start date #DriveEPIC The expected pay range is $12.14/hr - $16.04/hr + tips.
