This position will be primarily stationed at either our Empire Lodge, or our Silver Lake Lodge. RESPONSIBILITIES: Train all lodge attendants and lodge attendant crew leaders Supervise the staff and delegate duties as appropriate Help develop weekly staff schedule based on expected volume of business Maintain a departmental log with a record of work accomplished, staff attendance, and performance notes Conduct weekly staff meetings and review time records Conduct an inventory of wares and furnishings at your lodge and order new supplies as needed Report failures or problems with departmental equipment to building maintenance Assist food & beverage management in any matters as requested Conduct a daily review of building cleanliness and properly set guest space Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Previous supervisory experience preferred Previous experience in food service or janitorial operations preferred Spanish speaking candidates preferred Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for long periods of time DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: Flex Year Round Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
