POSITION SUMMARY Assists in the ski and snowboard learning process for children in the Ski and Ride School (SRS). Interacts with parents on a regular basis, while performing inside and outside job duties. This position is located at Snow Valley in Running Springs. Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES An effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests with respect and maturityCapacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and guest policiesAbility to operate equipment as trainedExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environmentAble to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation and your ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.
