POSITION SUMMARY: Do you know mountain equipment? Are you naturally friendly and hardworking? Then you may be a great fit for our skilled team as a Rental & Repair Reservation Agent. As a first point of contact for many Sugarbush guests, Rental/Repair Staff are an important component of the overall guest experience. We are a busy shop that facilitates and manages guest needs while maintaining a pleasant and helpful atmosphere. This is a seasonal full or part time position with a pay range of $18-$19 per hour. RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include greeting guests in a professional manner while assisting them with their rental & repair needs, booking and processing rental reservations, answering phones, and utilizing a point of sale for customer transactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to process customers efficiently with excellent customer service skills.Requires ability to juggle a variety of tasks- adjusting to differing levels of business from a high demand day to slow periods of inactivity.Must have a solid work background.Ability to work holidays and/or weekends.
