“Swain is an enjoyable destination for skiing, catering to a variety of skill levels. Despite its modest vertical size, the trails offer a delightful skiing experience and I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal lift queues. Even the beginner's trail posed an exciting challenge. The venue features jumps of varying proportions and includes a freestyle area on the mountain face. The bar serves delicious food, enhancing the overall experience. While the rental equipment is satisfactory, the base lodge could do with some sprucing up. However, the quality of the trails more than compensates for this minor shortcoming. Swain is certainly worth the drive and serves as a refreshing change from Bristol.”

I also had the pleasure of trying my first pickleback at the bar onsite. The service was top-notch and the location was perfect for a family vacation.”
