Teaches & guides all levels of snow bike lessons to our guests in the form of private or group experiences. Assist guests with all aspects of snow bike rental process, including the orientation process. Performs maintenance on bikes to meet our service standards, accurately recording information and signatures to manage risk. Requirements: High School GED or equivalentExperience as a camp councilor, swim coach, day care provider etc are preferredExperience in bike industry preferred Intermediate or above bike handling skillsExcelent verbal communication skills are neededAn ability to work in a team oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic personalityStrong mechanical aptitude & ability to problem solving abilities.Operate in a high energy environment & able to lift 40 pounds.A passion for working with participants of all ages and abilities in a summer environment is a prerequisite for this position.Must be able to work holidays and weekends Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $22.77 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
