Camelback

“My experience at Camelback was far from satisfactory. I made a reservation for a suite with two bedrooms, but was provided with a single bedroom and an additional bed in the hallway which was not ideal for my group of six, including two children. The room's amenities were also lacking, with only four pillows provided for us. Despite requesting more, we were unfortunately denied. In terms of dining, the options were limited. By 9pm, none of the hotel's restaurants were open, forcing us to look for food outside the premises. The lack of room service was also a major inconvenience. When seeking assistance, the only option was to text someone, which resulted in delayed responses. When I voiced my concerns, the response was rather unpleasant, with no apology provided. The skiing area didn't meet our expectations either. When we tried to cancel our reservation due to rain, we were told that they wouldn't cancel since their office was open. They suggested creating a new reservation for a different day, and then they would refund the rainy day reservation. This didn't seem trustworthy, making our overall experience quite disappointing. “I had a delightful experience at Camelback, conveniently located off 80 from Jersey. The suite provided was quite pleasing, with all amenities functioning as expected. The service at Trails End was commendable, and the magician was a fantastic addition to the entertainment. The arcade was enjoyable and my daughter absolutely adored the pool and the variety of activities available around it. The prospect of revisiting in the winter is quite appealing. The rooms, service, and location all deserve a perfect rating.”

“My stay at Camelback was an interesting one. The room was undeniably beautiful, yet we unexpectedly had to share it with a host of ladybugs. It was an odd experience, and while maintenance was supposed to handle it, we ended up releasing them from the balcony ourselves. This was a bit scary for my young granddaughter, especially since a few of them remained in the room. Despite this peculiar incident, our overall experience was enjoyable. We had a blast at the waterpark and tubing, and the silent disco in the evening was an absolute hoot. I'm looking forward to more fun tomorrow. The room and location were top-notch, though the service could use improvement.”

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Camelback. The staff was extremely attentive and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. On the occasion of my son's birthday, we decided to participate in a game of laser tag. My son, who is on the autism spectrum, was initially apprehensive, but the young man on duty was wonderfully kind and patient. He took the time to show my son around the laser tag area and familiarize him with what to expect, which greatly alleviated his fears. This seemingly small gesture had a significant impact on our experience. In the end, my son had a fantastic time. The quality of the rooms, service, and location was top-notch; it was truly a memorable experience!”
