“My stay at Deogyusan Resort was decent. The rooms were satisfactory and provided for a comfortable stay. The service was average, neither too impressive nor too disappointing. As for the location, it was decent as well, not exceptionally great or bad. Overall, it felt like the resort's main focus was on their annual profit, rather than enhancing the guest experience.”

“My recent stay at the Deogyusan Resort during the 2022 Chuseok holiday was quite commendable. The check-in process was impressively swift and even allowed for luggage drop-off prior to the completion of room cleaning. Each guest was provided with a single towel, however, be aware that there may be additional fees for any extra towels required. In terms of the resort's auxiliary facilities, I was pleased to find an operational restaurant, convenience store, and even a wine massage shop on the premises. An added perk of my stay was a delightful 10% discount on gondola rides, which was made available with my reservation number.”

“Upon my visit to Deogyusan Resort, I found the journey from the welcome center to the accommodation quite challenging, as it involved climbing a steep, 1-kilometer hillside. Furthermore, I noticed the absence of toiletries or shower equipment in the rooms, which I found inconvenient. The lack of disposable towels, soaps, and bottled water also added to the discomfort. In terms of ratings, I would give a 1 for the rooms, a 2 for the service, and a 1 for the location.”
