“My experience at Lotte Arai Resort was somewhat challenging due to the lack of accessible dining options. The resort's restaurants often operated on irregular schedules, leading to instances where I found them closed despite the map indicating they were open. I also found myself limited to resort-owned eateries, as the nearby town was quite a distance away, and there was no food available on the journey. I would highly recommend future visitors to bring their own food to avoid any inconvenience.”

“Upon my arrival at the Lotte Arai Resort, I immediately noticed the lack of activity at the front entrance. Upon entering, there was an absence of assistance for handling luggage. Despite the rooms being spacious, I found them lacking in storage space. It would greatly improve the experience if there were more drawers and hanging spaces for clothes.”

I found that some amenities promised to be available had limited hours or were not open at all. I recommend venturing into the local town for meals as there are numerous appetizing options. On a positive note, the rooms were satisfactory. Overall, the service and location were acceptable but could use some improvement. My trip was a vacation with friends.”
