“My experience at Mont Gleason was less than satisfactory. The process to get equipped took around 40 minutes due to the lack of personnel for check-in. Instead, I had to use a singular tablet provided for the entire resort. To make matters worse, it required me to input the same information multiple times. The manager's response was disappointing, insisting that this is the usual procedure. Improvement in the resort's system and management is needed.”

“I've had a delightful experience at Mont Gleason, with its warm, family-friendly atmosphere. It caters to different preferences with a variety of tracks. In addition, their snow park features an array of jumps and rails, suitable for beginners and intermediates alike. Despite weather challenges, the team does an excellent job maintaining the slopes. My favorite trails include MRC Arthabaska, Cascades, and Victoriaville. Indeed, it has been a joyous season!”

“My experience at Mont Gleason involved an extensive ticket purchasing process which I found unnecessarily complicated. The amount of personal information required was quite significant. The slow-moving queue, coupled with the cold weather, made waiting for half an hour a rather uncomfortable experience. I strongly believe that a more streamlined process with fewer questions would significantly enhance the efficiency and improve the overall customer experience. It's my opinion that a ski station should not require such an exhaustive amount of personal information from visitors.”

“I've had a wonderful experience at Mont Gleason. My family and I particularly love it as a skiing spot. Both of my children have been learning to ski there since they were merely 3 years old. The teaching staff is exceptional in their roles; they demonstrate a high level of expertise and commitment to their task. They have been especially compassionate and attentive to my son who has motor difficulties. The assembly staff deserves a special mention for their welcoming nature and constant smiles. I would highly recommend Mont Gleason to others.”
