Weekdays are notably quieter, providing a more leisurely experience for those able to attend. The resort's staff is frequently commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the location. However, some visitors have noted that staffing levels could be improved to better serve the resort's potential. The ticketing process is efficient, and the pass process is highly appreciated. The amenities at Stevens Pass are considered ample and satisfying, with clean restrooms, a food court, and a coffee shop available for visitors to refuel and warm up. However, it's worth noting that the resort does not serve liquor. Stevens Pass's parking situation has been met with mixed reviews. Some guests have found it easy to secure parking, while others have suggested that the resort could benefit from real-time monitoring of parking availability.
