“Having arrived at Coronet Peak by taxi due to the unavailability of bus services as a result of the mountain closure, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the facilities were still excellent and enjoyable. Despite the lack of skiing and snowboarding opportunities, the gondola and viewing platform were open, offering unique experiences. It's a place I'm eager to revisit, especially when the mountain reopens for skiing.”

“My visit to Coronet Peak was nothing short of remarkable. The snow play area was fantastic, and the convenience of ample parking near the cable car enhances the overall experience. A dedicated event zone was available, adding to the versatility of the place. However, what truly made my trip unforgettable were the breathtaking scenic views. The panorama of snow-covered mountain caps surrounding the peak was a sight to behold.”

“My experience at Coronet Peak was truly delightful. The staff were not only helpful but also very friendly. The enclosed gondola ride, offering access to the top of the viewing platform, was certainly a highlight and is something I recommend even if skiing or snowboarding isn't on the agenda. To top it all off, the cafe provided a variety of delicious vegan treats, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.”

“My experience at Coronet Peak was quite enjoyable. Its proximity to Queenstown made it an easily accessible snow play area, requiring just a brief 20-30 minute drive up the mountain. A gondola pass was necessary for reaching the mountain peak. The views from this vantage point were extraordinary, making the whole trip wholly worthwhile.”
