“I returned to Jay Peak after a gap of 11 years and found it the same as before, needing some serious upgrades. With no room service or daily housekeeping unless requested, I found myself longing for the comforts of an Airbnb, where I'd be making my own bed and asking for fresh towels.
The dining options were a letdown, with the exception of the burger, and a pleasantly surprising pizza at the pub. The early closing times of all services by 9 PM suggested a focus on families with children rather than a varied clientele. Even the bar didn't have arrangements for watching the Final Four, leaving me quite disappointed.
The service was average when I was expecting more.
The saving grace of this venue was the fantastic skiing experience it offers. In terms of rating, I'd give rooms a 2, service a 3, and location a 3.”

“My family and I had an enjoyable visit to the Jay Peak Pump House water park. It was an absolute delight, with a pleasant environment and cordial staff. We had a great time trying out the dynamic water slides, surfing, and relaxing in the lazy river. The surfing, though it was quite challenging, added an exciting element to our holiday. I would highly recommend the experience, it made for a truly delightful family outing. The hotel itself was a highlight, providing a touch of luxury to our trip. We are certainly looking forward to our next visit.”

“I had the privilege of spending an exceptional day skiing down the slopes of Jay Peak, even though I did not stay at the resort. I found the lift team to be first-rate, maintaining an efficient flow of the queue and fostering a lively atmosphere. I was impressed by the well-planned layout and amenities of the place, including the easily reachable water stations, restrooms, and open eating/storage areas.
My experience was further enhanced by the wonderful snow conditions. There was a wide selection of delicious snacks available around the lodges, and I relished the opportunity to mingle with the locals and other visitors, all of whom were in a joyful mood.
I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit! My trip was a holiday with friends.”

“My experience at Jay Peak Resort was an unforgettable snowboarding journey. It stands out as one of the top snowboarding locations in the Northeast due to its remarkable snowfall, a variety of terrains, and welcoming ambiance - it exceeded all my expectations.
The snow conditions at Jay Peak were exemplary, living up to its reputation of possessing the most snow in the East. The glades had perfect spacing, the groomed trails were smooth, and the natural features added an exciting element to each run. The resort catered to all skill levels, offering mellow trails for leisurely carving and more technical, steeper lines for a challenge.
One of the key elements of my enjoyable time at Jay Peak was the warm and accommodating staff. Right from the lift operators to the lodge crew, they were all friendly and ready to provide assistance, which made my stay all the more pleasurable. It was evident that customer service is of utmost importance at this resort, which significantly contributed to the overall positive atmosphere.
During my holiday trip with friends, I found the glades and the powder between trails to be some of the best parts of my snowboarding experience. Furthermore, the hotel was luxurious and kid-friendly, and provided great value, adding to the highlights of my stay.”
