“I was once a season pass holder at Loveland and it's disheartening to see how much the rates have escalated over the past 6-7 years. The runs are indeed enjoyable, but the lift services and staff could certainly improve. It's disappointing that some runs close early and others seldom open. I would recommend Loveland for experienced skiers, but beginners might find more suitable options elsewhere. After receiving a response, I still believe that the significant increase in pass rates isn't justified, even with the inclusion of lodge services. It appears to me that many resorts, including Loveland, are growing excessively profit-oriented. On comparing the rates from 2015 to 2023, it's clear that Loveland's rates have increased substantially more than other resorts like Keystone. I also noticed that the Loveland owner seems to be more focused on deflecting attention from these facts rather than addressing them. I wish for more professionalism and decency in these interactions.”

“I had the opportunity to interact with two of the staff members who I believe could greatly benefit from refining people skills to ensure fair treatment for all. There was an incident where an instructor was irresponsibly bouncing the chair lift, which was particularly concerning considering that children were riding it alone. However, it's important to note that the kids thoroughly enjoyed their time.”

“I am beyond impressed with the staff at Loveland. Over a busy two-day period, every employee I encountered was exceptional. The mountain was fantastic and the childcare staff were particularly kind. The lift operators were all very friendly. Despite the large crowds, the cafe staff worked diligently to meet everyone's needs.
