“I found the management at Red Lodge Mountain, particularly Anne Kosorok, to be quite disappointing. In my opinion, her approach seems to promote unsafe and unreliable practices on the slopes and lifts. Her managerial skills seemed lacking, which was reflected in the customer service. I personally believe there are other mountains that may be more deserving of patronage. I hope to see improvements in the overall management of this mountain.”
