“I've encountered a rather disappointing situation at the Taiheizan Opas lift ticket counter. The staff there, particularly one older gentleman, have unfortunately not been amicable, which has adversely impacted my experience. I strongly suggest the implementation of an automatic ticket vending machine, similar to the one at Tazawako Ski Resort, to improve the customer service experience. Additionally, I found the parking attendant's attitude to be quite disconcerting, leading me to rate my overall experience less than favorably. On a positive note, despite its local status and lower altitude resulting in less snow, I find the Taiheizan Opas ski resort to be a convenient and enjoyable place with a majority of the courses suitable for beginners. The facility is comfortable with plenty of seating available and they accept credit card for lift ticket purchases. However, I recommend that this information be more prominently displayed on their homepage for the convenience of potential visitors.”
