The resort is characterized by its great runs which are not overcrowded, providing an enjoyable and relaxed skiing experience. The Gondola ride to the top adds a touch of charm and offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. The resort's conditions are often perfect, thanks to the regular fresh powder it receives, making it a skier’s paradise. The Heavenly Gondola operates during both summertime and winter, offering adventures year-round. It features an observation deck at the halfway point, providing a stunning view of Lake Tahoe. The resort also hosts a café and a souvenir gift shop for visitors to enjoy. The resort offers various activities during the summer, including gemstone panning, rock climbing, zip lining, tubing, the Ridge Rider Mountain Coaster, and hiking. The Tamarack Lodge, located at the resort, offers snacks and souvenirs, along with a bar that opens later in the day.
