The position requires hands-on supervision, team development, and operational excellence to ensure guest satisfaction and outlet success. Responsibilities include staff management, inventory control, scheduling, and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced, service-driven professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, committed to upholding company values and delivering exceptional service. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: Starting at $25.00/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027· Shift Type: Full Time hours available· Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age· Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities: Lead by example, providing hands-on supervision and direction to food service team members. Oversee daily operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff. Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and disciplinary actions as needed. Ensure completion of all closing duties and daily operational checklists. Utilize company platforms for ordering, planning, scheduling, and inventory control. Maintain high standards of quality control for all food and beverage offerings. Assist in the planning and execution of catering and special events. Uphold a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing Food Safety and Serving It Right standards.
