Rental Cashier

Job Title: Rental Cashier Reports to: Rental/Repair Manager Status: Full/Part Time Seasonal Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Wage: DOE Job Summary: Assists guests in renting equipment. Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned: Ensure customer satisfaction with efficient, friendly service Answer all questions about ski/snowboard rental equipment and on mountain amenities Assist guests in filling out rental forms Accurately ring up customer purchases, receive money, and give change using a PC point of sales system Process credit card transactions Assist with setting up guest’s rental equipment Stock and clean rental area Remove or relocate snow as needed Effectively communicate with other employees both in person and via telephone/two-way radio Skills and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
