The kitchens are led my Chef Scott MacGregor, a James-beard semi-finalist. Appalachia Kitchen:This is our upscale, reservation restaurant. We locally source as much as we can and highlight that we are a scratch kitchen. This is an evening restaurant and is open 5pm-10pm daily in the winter.Tuques Bar:Tuques food service is out of the same kitchen as Appalachia Kitchen. it has a bar menu, but all food items are locally sourced to give a better bar/dining experience. restaurant hours are 11am-10pm for food, bar drinks are an additional hourPizza Slice:This a grab and go kitchen. however, we do make our own dough, our own sauce, and we have a wood fired pizza oven. Again elevating mountain dining experience. restaurant hours are 11am-10pm daily. Job description:There are several different shifts and kitchens that you would work in, and be trained in. Recipes will be followedTimeliness is expected, meaning being on time, being present, and being a team playerJob assignments may vary based on the need for the day, this could be prep cook, line cook, dishwasher, Sautee, etc. WV food handlers' card will be required to work in the kitchen.Corduroy Inn & LodgeWe are an independently owned business. We are like a family and work hard to maintain that culture. We are located at Snowshoe Mountain Ski Resort in West Virginia we are an upside-down resort, where all lodging is at the top of the mountain. There is a Shuttle service provided for the resort where employees can get to and from work. please note that we recommend that you have reliable transportation as we are located in a rural area.
