As part of our Indoor Support team, you will work with the Ski & Ride School Management Team to create a safe, clean facility and a positive guest experience in a high-energy environment. This is a no-sliding-necessary role within the Ski and Ride School. In this role, you will be managing indoor operations for our Kids Center: a safe place for our kids lessons to take breaks, have snacks, and warm up. This role assists with the check-in and late arrival procedures for our Kids Club eight-week program. Comfortability outdoors is necessary, but you will not be required to ski or snowboard. This position is a 15-day commitment for the season, structured to support our Kids Club program. This position has an estimated start date of December 5, 2026. WAGE: The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Arapahoe Basin's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, and responsibilities. The range listed is just one component of Arapahoe Basin's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
