SEASONAL-FULL TIME WAGE-$23.27 HR WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The purpose of this role is to supervise, lead and support the grounds maintenance team with various property maintenance projects across the resort. The Supervisor, Grounds Maintenance is well versed in the routine grounds maintenance duties as well as the assigned work orders and will supervise tasks and projects to time and budget specifications. Provides support and works alongside direct reports to complete property maintenance and waste management operationsLeads various maintenance projectsSupports with the onboarding of new hires and administers the performance of direct reports (including corrective action)Completes weekly audits of properties to formulate work projectsSupports the scheduling and planning of audits and completion of daily tasksEnsures the safety of team members and the following of safety standardsMaintains compliance with industry standards by attending upgrade courses and staying current with emerging trends and best practices.
