The Asst Superintendent will complete all the standard VR manager/leadership trainings in the LIFT within 2 months of being hired into this position. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $26.53/hr Employment Type: Year Round (10-month) Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities: Daily supervision of maintenence team members to complete all tasks and projects in a timely manner. Provides guidance and training to staff as needed. Ability to manage staff with a positive and respectful leadership style. Developing individual team members to learn new skills, and provide feedback as needed. Irrigation system operation and repair experience a plus. 2-3 years of golf turfgrass maintenence experience. Turfgrass management degree a plus, but not mandatory for a candidate eager to learn and succeed. The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $26.53/hr.
