This mid-level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round Shift Type: 8am-5pm Minimum Age: 18 Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Perform regular preventive maintenance checks of boilers, fire pumps, emergency generators, etc. Complete work orders for maintenance / repair in condominium units and buildings Maintain a safety-first mindset Communicate effectively with department management and other stakeholders Accurately document completed work Provide exceptional guest service as needed Maintain tools and work areas Identifying and communicating inventory needs Other duties as assigned by department management Job Requirements: 2+ years of experience Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments Ability to perform heavy work (defined as exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects) Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently Ability to work weekends and holidays The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $27.70/hr.
