“I recently had my first skiing experience at Berkshire East and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent conditions despite the warmer winter we've been having in Western MA. The resort had a good mixture of packed powder, loose granular, and a few icy spots. There was a positive atmosphere with a manageable crowd size. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed my visit to The Crazy Horse restaurant and bar, which offered a delightful variety of food and cold draft beer. Although Berkshire East may not have the largest vertical, at 1180 it's still quite respectable and there are a variety of slopes suitable for all skill levels. I was impressed to learn that the resort is powered by 100% green energy, making it a great choice for environmentally conscious visitors. It is an ideal destination for families, teens, and seniors alike. I am certainly looking forward to my next visit when the conditions improve.”

“Overall, my experience at Berkshire East was enjoyable. The staff were notably amiable, contributing to a fun day out. However, the weather was not in our favor, resulting in soft snow conditions that hindered the distance the tubes could travel. This led to prolonged queues, particularly at the 'magic carpet' area. Despite three lanes being available, the flow was slow. Additionally, my grandchildren found themselves walking quite a distance down the hill to return to the top. I believe better organization could improve this flow from the carpet to the lanes. The venue was crowded during our early visit, indicating its popularity. I appreciate the proximity of the mountain and the variety it offers. I look forward to experiencing the Mountain Coaster in the upcoming summer.”

“Upon my first visit to Berkshire East, I found it to be an excellent spot for authentic riding experiences. While I yearned for additional wooden features and drops for regular, non-pro riders, the plethora of fantastic trails suitable for all types of riders was impressive. Having visited numerous bike parks across the US, I noticed that the riders at Berkshire East exhibit commendable skill levels, standing out as some of the best around. The individuals at this location were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The food and drink options available during and post-riding were delightful. However, I did notice that many individuals tend to leave or head to their campsites to relax post 5pm, making the base area a bit deserted. Berkshire East carries a unique local charm that is palpable and endearing. I look forward to my next visit.”
