“Year after year, I find myself returning to the DorukKaya Ski & Mountain Resort for my annual skiing trip with my parents. The staff never fails to impress me with their remarkable friendliness and helpfulness. Each visit, I eagerly anticipate the delectable meals served at the hotel, which have become a highlight of my trips. This resort is also where I honed my skills in skiing and snowboarding from a young age. Each stay is nothing short of an absolutely amazing experience.”

“My stay at DorukKaya Ski & Mountain Resort was a delightful experience. Our group of 90 from the Sew Eurodrive Turkey family thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, food, and activities available at the resort. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to meet our requests and ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.”

“Upon my arrival at DorukKaya Ski & Mountain Resort, I found the check-in process to be rather delayed, taking almost two hours longer than the stated 2 pm time. The room provided was not up to standard, appearing old and small. My husband and I were given two single beds, which had to be pushed together to form a double bed, causing inconvenience. Additionally, there was a leak under the shower cabinet and a draft coming from the window. The bunk bed was not the safest, lacking anything to hold on to when ascending or descending. The ski room was insufficient for storing belongings and the resort lacked a ski school, offering only private lessons which I found prohibitively expensive. Moreover, ski hiring prices seemed inconsistent. For instance, I was charged for a helmet, while my sisters were not. The customer service left much to be desired. Reception staff were not adept at handling guest interactions, often seeming rude. There seemed to be a lack of professional management in place. The resort's elevator service was inadequate and the range of drinks on offer was disappointing if you're not a fan of tea, Turkish coffee, beer or raki. On a positive note, the location of the resort did offer a great view. However, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this resort again nor would I recommend it to others. My travel group for this vacation consisted of family, and if I were to rate aspects of the resort, I would give the rooms a 1, the service a 2, and the location a 4.”

The warm and cheerful demeanor of every team member contributed immensely to my overall satisfaction. I've already chosen this resort twice and foresee myself returning in the future. I must specifically mention the General Manager, whose outstanding leadership was evident and added greatly to the positive experience. It was also apparent that other guests were enjoying their stay as well.”
