“Upon my visit to Mount Olympus, I discovered that it stands impressively at a height of 1,952 meters or 6,404 feet. I found an unexpected surprise at the peak in the form of a military base. This, however, limited the views from the very top. The peak is also encompassed by trees, further restricting the panoramic vistas. Yet, the beauty of Mount Olympus was not entirely hidden. Slightly lower down, the views were simply breathtaking. I was also captivated by the beautiful forest, adorned with snow, located just at the entrance of the military base. I visited on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised by the absence of wait times. Additionally, I found that there was no necessity for a reservation. Overall, the visit to Mount Olympus was a memorable experience, despite the limited peak views.”
