In addition to its winter sports offerings, Ski Big Bear also boasts The Scrambler, a food outlet that has received positive reviews for its diverse menu and friendly staff. The cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area further enhance the overall experience. 
 

 Despite its smaller size compared to other ski resorts, Ski Big Bear offers a relaxed atmosphere where visitors feel comfortable leaving their personal belongings unattended. The resort's two snow tubing runs, while not particularly long, provide additional fun for children and families. The conveyor belt ride back up to the top of the hill is a unique feature that allows for social interaction among visitors. 
 

 However, advanced skiers and snowboarders may find the resort's offerings limited, with a few trails and insufficient black diamonds and terrain parks. The resort is also not ideal for expert riders seeking more challenging slopes. Despite these minor shortcomings, the overall consensus among visitors is that Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain provides a delightful day out on the slopes. Its uncrowded atmosphere during peak times further contributes to its appeal as a family-friendly destination.
