Windham Mountain Ski Resort, located at a convenient driving distance from surrounding towns, offers a variety of winter activities including skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. The resort boasts well-groomed slopes and a commendable team of ski instructors. The resort, however, has received mixed reviews from guests.
The ski lessons offered at the resort are highlighted positively, with the instructors receiving praise for their patience and expertise. The ski school administration was able to provide a last-minute instructor, which was greatly appreciated by guests. However, some guests have noted that the pricing for the lessons and other activities can be rather steep, especially considering the limited time guests have to enjoy the slopes after the lessons.
The resort's customer service has been reported to be less than satisfactory. Some guests have reported feeling unwelcome and treated rudely by certain staff members. Miscommunications regarding bookings have also been reported, leading to unanticipated inconveniences. The resort's policy of not contacting guests in case of missed appointments has been raised as an area of concern.
In terms of amenities, the resort's cafeteria hours have been mentioned as not being optimal for guests who spend the day skiing. Despite these concerns, the resort's convenient location and well-maintained slopes continue to attract skiing enthusiasts.
In conclusion, while Windham Mountain Ski Resort offers enjoyable skiing experiences and high-quality lessons, there are areas in customer service and pricing that could be improved to better serve their guests.
