This role reports directly to the Lift Experience Manager. The Lift Experience Assistant Manager is held accountable to delivering an experience of a lifetime for our employees and guests, which, in turn, drives Vail Resorts growth and profitability around the world. The Lift Experience Assistant Manager is focused on scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, development, labor optimization, day-to-day operations, and guest service execution. The Assistant Manager is uniquely able to lead and influence the Lift Experience department culture and standard operating procedure, and through that work, impact the resort and company.
