This involves engaging with and providing a first-class mountain adventure for each and every guest, communicating clearly and making split second decisions to ensure proper ticket validation. This is a seasonal position, paid at $20.00/hr. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Ensure RFID gate reads guests passesAssist with the orchestration, set up, and breakdown of mazeOpen and close pinch points as needed for maximum traffic flowBe aware of all ticket types and pricesAssist and respond to guest inquiriesMust have current information about the mountain and eventsAbility to troubleshoot RFID gates and tablet equipmentAdditional duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education: Actively pursuing a High School Diploma, or equivalent Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferred QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 14 years of age or olderAble to work outside for long periods of time in inclement weatherReliable transportation to/from workMust be able to work in high-volume, fast-paced environmentAble to communicate and problem solve independentlyMust be comfortable working with electronic equipment PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
