“My visit to Rieseralm was primarily for sledding, and the experience was truly remarkable. On the day of my visit, which happened to be a Friday, the field was nearly empty, providing a private and serene environment. Renting a sled was a straightforward process, with a deposit that was fully refundable upon returning the sled. I could conveniently purchase a token at the hut, which was required to operate the lift. The pickaxe lift was a unique feature, pulling both me and my toboggan up to the mountain's peak. Even though it was a bit challenging, it was definitely manageable and contributed to the overall adventure.”

“As someone who has visited Rieseralm, I can attest to its array of beginner courses, magic carpets, and children's learning programs. Interestingly, I found that it was less crowded during weekdays compared to weekends. One thing to note is that equipment rental is available, although the process to get information about it is slightly arduous. You have to make your inquiries at the gasthof, following which the rental office opens up. When it comes to tickets, there are several options including daily, 4-hour, single, and children's tickets. A small playground and a toboggan run are also present, adding to the overall experience. The food at the gasthof is nothing short of delightful. However, I did find that there was a lack of sufficient information. The opening hours of the rental company, for instance, were not clearly posted, and identifying whom to contact was a challenge. Despite these minor issues, I would say that if you're seeking a serene, friendly environment to hone your skills at your own pace, Rieseralm is an excellent choice.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Rieseralm with its lovely slopes. It was tranquil as it was not crowded, providing a more private skiing experience compared to other ski resorts. However, it might not be the best place for those who aren't fond of anchor lifts. One thing to note would be the language barrier, as the local folks primarily speak German. On a brighter note, the food servings are quite generous and delicious.”

“I discovered Rieseralm while on a ski trip. The slopes were impeccably maintained, ideal for skiing in the morning and remained in good condition even with the warm afternoon weather. The slope lengths and steepness were perfect for both beginners and those on day trips. I found the half and full-day tickets to be well-suited given the size of the ski slopes. I was extremely grateful to the operators and the team for their hard work. I absolutely plan to frequent this place for enjoyable skiing days.”
