The efficient organization impressed me right from the start, with the availability of easy online ski pass purchases and parking reservations. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find a comprehensive suite of services, including equipment rental and classes. Although I didn't take any classes, feedback from my friends confirmed their excellent quality. The on-site bar was a delightful surprise. Despite the crowd, the service was swift and efficient. A special shout-out to Almudena, who ensures the cleanliness of the toilets, a feat considering the number of visitors the station receives. What makes Valdesquí truly special is its location in Madrid. It's a treat to have such a wonderful station in the city, particularly given the limited snowfall. The condition of the station stands as a testament to the hard work of the team. Notably, Valdesquí also boasts a snowpark with a diverse range of modules and its own hanger. The staff were all incredibly helpful, attentive, and pleasant. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I look forward to my next visit!”

Even though it's more crowded during the weekends, it's still a pleasant experience, especially when the season is favorable with abundant snow. The staff are friendly and the recently renovated cafes add to the overall positive ambiance. It's commendable to see the relentless effort put forth by the Valdesquí team each year to continuously enhance their services within their capabilities. Their active presence on social networks is also noteworthy, providing useful information to visitors. In conclusion, Valdesquí is truly a remarkable place. Long live Valdesquí!”

“My visit to Valdesquí was rather crowded, with long queues being a recurrent issue. I advise against visiting on weekends due to the heavy traffic. The journey to the location took over two hours, and the return was similarly lengthy due to the lines. I also noticed a lack of sufficient bus services which might have contributed to the situation.”

“Valdesquí is a decent spot for both novice and seasoned skiers to pick up some new skills and enjoy themselves. However, the service, particularly regarding ski rentals, leaves much to be desired. Despite requesting advanced level skis, I was handed expert level ones by the ski staff. The same situation occurred with another individual in my group, demonstrating a lack of attention to our specific needs. When we reached out to the management for assistance, our concerns were disregarded. Given these experiences, I do not plan on returning to Valdesquí.”
