The staff members were pleasant, although they could improve their English proficiency. The rooms were fantastic, comfortable, and well-maintained. The resort is an excellent choice for those who love hiking and wish to escape the city's hustle and bustle. It's also very suitable for children. The location was great, quiet, and romantic, boasting beautiful views. Overall, the rooms, service and location all met my expectations. The resort's quiet atmosphere, kid-friendly environment, and romantic setting were the highlights of my stay.”

His proficiency in English is remarkable, making it easy to ask any questions and get clear answers. Furthermore, he is always accessible via text for any additional needs. “I had a delightful experience at the Mountain Resort «Oi-Qaragai Lesnaya Skazka». My visit during the winter was truly magical, especially staying in a unique tree house that, while compact, was comfortable and provided additional movable bedspace. The tree house required some walking up numerous steps, but the staff were extremely supportive, providing vehicles to transport us and our luggage to our room. The resort offered a variety of dining options, with Georgian, Italian, and National cuisine restaurants on-site. Moreover, room service was also available, which added to the convenience. The resort was brimming with activities to engage in, from horse riding, bike riding, and buggy riding to skiing and snowboarding. There was also an adventure park for children, making it a perfect vacation spot for families. The location felt extremely safe at all times, even during the night. One of the highlights of my stay was the unexpected morning visitors, a squirrel and a small bird, that added to the charm of staying in a tree house. In terms of service, the reception desk was helpful and ensured any problems we encountered were swiftly dealt with. Overall, the resort was a fantastic experience, offering not only unique accommodation but also a wide range of activities and dining options amidst the beautiful mountainous backdrop.”
